Since December 2013, instead of classical management approach, the Institute has been replaced by a Total Quality Management system that responds to the expectations of all internal and external stakeholders, satisfies their responsibilities as a problem solver in management, and adopts the EFQM Excellence Model as a role model.
The "Employee Satisfaction Survey" was implemented at the end of the "Basic Quality Concepts and ISO 17025 Informing" training held in 2010 in our institute. Surveys were repeated in February 2018 in order to see the effect of Total Quality Management implementation process and the development of the Institute by combining the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 accreditation practices implemented in the Institute's laboratories in 2010 and triple quality understanding of Internal Control, Laboratory Accreditation and EFQM in 2013.
For this purpose, the original questionnaire has been adhered to. In order to make the comparison of the results healthy, the technical staff were evaluated as the first group and the administrative, laboratory and auxiliary workers were evaluated as the second group in the questionnaire prepared in 2018.
I would like to thank all colleagues who have contributed decisively to the progress of the Institute's Total Quality Journey and have contributed to the evaluation survey.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aynur ÖZBAHÇE
