A cooperation protocol was signed between Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and our Institute Directorate for the development of a joint project for the use of fermented products obtained from biogas production facilities in pasture areas within the scope of the TUBİTAK-KAMAG project. The Director of the Institute, who signed the protocol, Dr. Mehmet KECECİ and head of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Environmental Protection and Control Department Mesut ÖNEN stated that the cooperation to be made is very important in ensuring effective waste management and improving pastures. The meeting was attended by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Waste Management Branch Manager Birol BALCI, Zero Waste Branch Manager Hüseyin KILIC, from our Institute, Deputy Director Aynur DİLSİZ and Head of Soil and Plant Nutrition Department Dr. İlknur YURDAKUL.
