The Institute Directorate organized an event called "Meeting of Soil Water Science Society from Past to Present" due to the "Agriculture Week". After the wellcome speech of the Institute Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aynur ÖZBAHÇE, the Head of the Department of Soil Water Resources Dr.Bülent SÖNMEZ made the opening speech.
Agriculture and Forestry Specialist Sürur KIR made a presentation on the Importance of Agricultural Education in Agricultural R & D, after his presantatiton Prof. Dr. Orhan Doğan made a presantation about "TOPRAKSU" and Muhammed Halil KOPARAN made his presantation.
The program ended with the folklore team, the whirling dervishes performance and the musical performance of "Dertli Divani" who was included in the UNESCO Living Human Treasures List. We would like to thank the participants who participated in this meaningful day which we hoped to transform it into a traditional event.
