Raw Milk Subsidies and Classification of Raw Cow Milk and Quality Criteria Training organized by the General Directorate of Livestock was held between 07-12 December 2021 at the International Agricultural Research and Training Center.

Seventy-seven participants from 42 Provincial Directorates, including veterinarians, agricultural engineers and veterinary health technicians, attended the training. The first leg of the training, which will be held for three different groups, has been completed, and the number of participants for the second and third groups has been determined as 70.

Trainers from the General Directorate of Livestock instructed lectures on raw milk support, classification of raw cow's milk and determination of quality criteria.
