- Monitore and report developments in crops, livestock and related sector; support decision makers to prevent or manage potential crises.
- Conduct researches on impact of nutrients and soil conditioners on soil / plant fertility & quality and investigate & develop proper fertilization techniques.
- Monitor and report main crops vegetation status, prepare reports on yield estimations in region.
- Monitor and evaluate the effects of governmental projects & policies
- Using new techniques, technologies and biotechnology while performing applied research tasks
- Implementing educational, extensional, consultancy activities, on farm trials and demonstrations to transfer research findings to users in Agri-sector.
