The main aims of department are;
- Determine quality of plant and food materials.
- Analyze and evaluate samples coming from breeding studies, private companies and farmers.
Capable of analysing dry matter, protein, ash, crude fiber, gluten index, sedimentation, falling number, crude protein, fatty acid composition with (GC-FID), NIRS.
