In vivo embryo production is practiced by applying superovulation protocols to cattle. The obtained embryos are transffered to recipient heifers and cows by evaluated according to their quality and morphology. On the other hand the studies about in vitro cattle embryo production technics and embryo freezing subjects are practiced. Embryo freezing processes are performed by applying direct transfer and vitrification methods.
