The summer field studies of the project "Limnological Determination of Trophic Status of Lake Beysehir", supported by the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies (TAGEM) and carried out by Dr. Vedat YEGEN of our Institute Directorate, have been completed. Within the scope of the study, macrobenthos, phytoplankton, zooplankton species and distribution levels, pesticide and heavy metal levels, macrophyte species and distribution densities, especially fish fauna and water quality, have started to be monitored with a holistic ecosystem approach. This year's summer sampling period of the 5-year study has been completed.
