"Meeting of the National Fisheries Registration Committee" under the auspices of the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was held on July 27, 2023 at the TAGEM meeting hall.
TAGEM Deputy Director General Dr. İbrahim Halil SÖZMEN opened the meeting, which was attended by General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture Director General Altuğ ATALAY and academicians from universities; also Director of Egirdir Fisheries Research Institute Fuat BİLGİN and Technical Coordinator Dr. Cafer BULUT attended the meeting.
In the meeting where the registration forms of a total of 6 species were discussed, the registration forms of the tench (Tinca tinca) species were also discussed and decided on behalf of our Institute Directorate.
