ACLIFS Project Closing Meeting Held

The closing meeting of the “ACLIFS – Assessment of the Impacts of Climate Change on Food Security and Enhancement of the Resilience of Rural Communities” project, jointly funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, coordinated by TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center, and implemented in partnership with Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Ege University, Istanbul University, Istanbul Technical University, the Fruit Research Institute, and UTAEM, was held on December 10, 2025, hosted by UTAEM.
The meeting, organized in a hybrid format, saw broad participation from academia, public institutions, the private sector, and civil society. The meeting served as a platform to share the findings of the project, the proposed solutions, and the outputs aimed at strengthening the adaptation capacity of rural communities to climate change, with the participants.
