​In partnership with TAGEM and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, upon the request of the Association of Indian Ocean Rim Countries (IORA), "Training of Experts on Climate Change and Drought Management" was hosted online by UTAEM between 28-30 April 2025. 24 participants from Bangladesh, Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya, Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Somalia and Sri Lanka attended the training. During the training, information on climate change and drought was provided to the experts from the Indian Ocean ring countries, and case studies of the projects implemented in our country were presented.
