​In Alata, necessary measures have been taken as part of our country's fight against the global outbreak of COVID19 (Corona Virus), and continues to be implemented with great precision.

With the support of Erdemli Municipality, institute buildings and laboratories are periodically disinfected. There is a hand sanitizer constantly on the entrance, floors of the buildings and laboratories, and the staff of the Institute strictly comply with the hygiene rules.

Within the scope of Presidency Circular No. 2020/4 Regarding Additional Measures for Public Employees within the Scope of COVID-19, our personnel continue their work life without disrupting the works and projects. However, entrance to the buildings of the Institute is not allowed, except for visits made for project activities within the scope of the measures and appointment visits. Citizens who come to the Institute for give samples or to receive information are also welcome at the entrance of the Institute area, their transactions or requests are evaluate.

During this period, our Institute cafeteria is closed to the lunch service and prepared food is distributed to the staff working at the institution.

In addition, cats of our institution continue to be fed regularly.
