Associate Professor Awais Khan, the School of Integrative Plant Science Plant Pathology and Plant-Microbe Biology Section at Cornell, has visited the institute. Khan investigated the laboratories and gave a mini presentation about his work to the institute staff. He noted that Alata has a viable infrastructure for research and needs more capacity building via collaboration.
