Special Event on Biodiversity in Turkey was held
Special Event on Biodiversity in Turkey was held hosted by Dr. Bekir PAKDEMİRLİ (Minister of Agriculture and Forestry) and Dr. Viorel GUTU (FAO Subregional Coordinator of Central Asia and Representative in Turkey) with the participation of Mr. İmam Karimov (Minister of Agriculture, Azerbaijan Republic) on 29 April 2019 in İzmir. The aim of the Event is to raise awareness of the importance of biodiversity conservation. The book: "Biodiversity: Sustainable Genetic Resources Contribution to Agricultural and Food Systems" and a panel namely “Biodiversity and Nature Photography” were presented in the Event. Our Institute participated at the Event with the species which study on research and aquaculture.
