The Food Technology Department Laboratory of the Ordu Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate—accredited by TÜRKAK under the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard—continues to enhance its capabilities through the work of expert technical personnel. While the laboratory currently holds accreditation for eight specific analyses, the objective is to expand the scope to cover all honey-related analyses specified in the Turkish Food Codex Honey Communiqué.
You may submit your samples for analysis in person or send them via mail or courier. Before sending samples or making a payment, please contact the Laboratory Sample Acceptance and Report Issuance Unit to obtain detailed information regarding the necessary conditions (packaging, quantity, etc.) and the specific analyses and associated fees.

Steps to Follow for Sending Samples via Cargo or Mail
| 1- | Numune ile birlikte;Along with the sample; |
| 2- | You need to write a formal petition. Click here for a sample petition. |
| 3- | You are required to fill out the Special Request Analysis Application Form. Click HERE to download it.
Before filling out the form, please consult the Laboratory Sample Acceptance and Report Preparation Unit regarding the analyses.

| 4- | You are required to sign the Laboratory Services Agreement along with the Special Request Analysis Form and submit them together with the sample. Click HERE to download.

| 5- | Please deposit the fee for the requested analyses into the Revolving Fund Accounting Office account of the Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate (details below) and send the payment receipt along with the sample. Consult the Laboratory Sample Acceptance and Report Preparation Unit before making the payment. |
