The Food Technology Department Laboratory of the Ordu Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate, accredited under the TS EN ISO/17025 standard, carries out its operations with expert technical personnel. While seven analyses are currently covered by the accreditation, the Laboratory aims to include the full range of honey-related analyses specified in the Turkish Food Codex Honey Communiqué in the near future.
You may submit your samples for analysis in person or send them via mail or courier. Before sending your samples or making a payment, please contact the Laboratory’s Sample Acceptance and Report Preparation Unit to obtain detailed information regarding the required conditions (packaging, quantity, etc.) and the specific analyses and fees involved.
