Our department's responsibilities include diagnosing bee diseases, implementing control methods, providing training on disease management and prevention, investigating bee mortality, and developing relevant projects. To this end, our laboratory conducts diagnostics for American Foulbrood; microscopic and molecular diagnosis, differentiation, and spore counting for *Nosema* disease (*N. apis* and *N. ceranae*); and assessments for tracheal mites and *Varroa* infestations.
