​The 8^th International Participation Seed Congress organized by the Turkey Seed Growers Association (TURKTOB) and Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture began with the speeches of our General Manager Mustafa Altuğ Atalay and TÜRKTOB President Mr. Hacı Ömer Güler. Our General Manager Atalay underlined that while approximately 17.3 million dollars of income was obtained from approximately 8 thousand tons of certified seed exports in 2002, approximately 330 million dollars of export income will be obtained with 89.4 thousand tons in 2023. Sharing the information that certified seed exports have increased approximately 10 times in terms of quantity and 19 times in terms of income in the last 20 years, Atalay said, "The figures in the sector show the great progress our country has made in the seed sector and the power it has gained in the international market."
