On January 9, 2025, Iranian Minister of Agricultural Mobilization Mr. Gholamreza Nouri Ghezeljeh, along with the delegation that accompanied him, visited the Department of Biodiversity and Genetic Resources at the Türkiye Seed Gene Bank within our Institute Directorate. During the visit, information was provided about the workflows of the Seed Gene Bank, the projects carried out and their significance, and Türkiye's biodiversity. In addition, information was exchanged on Iran's agricultural biodiversity, gene banks, and cooperation between the two countries.
