OUR INSTITUTE RESEARCHERS PROVIDED TRAINING IN BANGLADESH UNDER THE TIKA-SECRIC SUPPORTED INTERNATIONAL PROJECT.

A training on "Biotechnological Tools and Techniques for Cotton - Sample Collection Activities" was held within the scope of the "Mutual Connection Project on Enhancing Capacity in Cotton Varieties Development" between Bangladesh and Turkey, which implemented by Cotton Research Institute (Nazilli/Aydın) affiliated to Our General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies (TAGEM) and Bangladesh Cotton Development Board together with Our Institute, supported by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC).

Within the scope of the training, Head of Biotechnology Department, Dr. Hümeyra Yaman with department researchers Dr. Cuma Karaoğlu and Elif Yetilmezer made presentations. At the end of the training, plaques were presented to our researchers by Bangladesh Minister of Agriculture Md. Sayedul Islam.
