​The consortium meeting of the “CEreals REsiliency REvolution for agile supply chain management in the Mediterranean” (CERERE) Project, was hosted by our Institute in Istanbul on 15/16 May 2025 with participation of University of Calabria (Coordinator-Italy), Berlin School of Economics and Law (Germany-partner), CAL-TEK S.r.l.(Italy-partner),Field Crops Central Research Institute(Türkiye-partner), Council for Agricultural Research and Economics, Research Centre for Cereal and Industrial Crops(Italy-partner), Instituto Universitário de Lisboa(Portugal-partner), SQLI Services (Tunisia-partner), Slow Food International(Italy-partner) and The American University in Cairo(Egypt-partner). The meeting initiated with welcoming speech by Dr. Hümeyra YAMAN, director of our institute, and followed by evaluation of 1st year and planning of 2nd year. External stakeholders from Türkiye Seed Growers Association -TÜRKTOB (Selami YAZAR), Polatlı Chamber of Commerce (Tugay AYDOĞDU) and International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center-CIMMYT (Dr. Gül ERGİNBAŞ ORAKÇI) made presentations on 2nd day of the meeting to inform partners about their activities.
