​Within the scope of TÜBİTAK ‟2221” - Fellowships for Visiting Scientists and Scientists on Sabbatical Leave, Prof. Soottawat Benjakul from Prince of Songlak University in Thailand visited our institute for a week. During the visit, theoretical and practical studies were conducted on fish protein isolate and hydrolyzate production and functional properties, removal of bitterness in hydrolysates, processing of fish by-products, use of plant phenols in fish processing. Prof. Benjamin also gave an training entitled “How to write an article for an international refereed journal”.
