A workshop titled "Design of Innovative Foods" has been held in Central Fisheries Research Institute on May 11, 2018, within the Project titled "Fish protein hydrolyzate added food formulation optimization" under the scope of TÜBİTAK 2221-Guest or Academic-Accepted (Sabbatical) Scientific People Support Program, with the participation of researchers from Karadeniz Technical University Marine Sciences Faculty Processing and Evaluation Department and Recep Tayyip Erdogan University Fisheries Faculty Processing and Evaluation Department. "Dr. Amir Reza Shaviklo, from Iranian Agricultural Research Organization, as a key speaker, talked about the innovative/ new food product development process and product life cycle in his presentations".
