Tajikistan Fruit Growing Development Program supported by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) has started in Tajikistan. Fruit research Institute researcher Dr. Hasan Cumhur SARISU gave a seminar on fruit growing in Şirinşoh Şohtemur Agricultural University. An intensive fruit nursery has been established to be used in the education of students and for scientific research activities in the farmland which was located in Hisar city belonging to the university. By the project a research and application orchard and seedling growing center equipped with modern technologies has been established in order to increase the professional knowledge and skills of university students.
