Project called "Dropping Honey from Purple Miracle", prepared within the scope of the Programme for Women Farmers to Meet Agricultural Innovations in the İlyaslı village of Yahyalı District of Kayseri Province. the project organized in partnership with Kayseri Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Eğirdir Fruit Research Institute and Yahyalı District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry; "Lavender Growing" training and information meeting. It was held for women farmers by the expert person of Eğirdir Fruit Research Institute. I 1,000 Angustifolia and 1500 intermedia lavender seedlings met the soil with the practical training and they were planted. The project which aims to bring our women farmers together with agricultural innovations, especially new products with high added value, will last for 2 years and demonstration of lavender honey production will be carried out with bee hives to be placed in the lavender field. Control and application process works will be carried out during the project and will be carried out by the technical team of Yahyalı District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate.
