​Mustafa Hakan BALCI, technical staff of the plant pests department of our institute, participated in the workshop titled "Multi-Country Observational Study Mission on Advanced Food Safety Management" organized by the Asian Productivity Organization on 28, 29 and 30 June 2021 with online participation. Invites from Türkiye, Cambodia, India, Islamic Republic of Iran, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of China, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam attended the workshop. Presentations were made by subject matter experts on issues related to food safety management. Each country's participant made presentations on what needs to be done to promote food safety management in their country.
