The “Beekeeping and Pest Management Training” program, organized by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) for beekeepers in Prizren and Ferizay, Kosovo, has successfully concluded.

Conducted on February 12–13, 2025, in collaboration with TİKA, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ordu Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate, and the Kosovo Beekeepers’ Association, the training program culminated in a certificate ceremony at the Prizren Municipality Assembly Hall. The event was attended by His Excellency Mr. Sabri Tunç Angılı, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye in Pristina; His Excellency Mr. Celal Doğan, Consul General in Prizren; Mrs. Fulya Aslan, TİKA Pristina Coordinator; Mr. Shaqir Totaj, Mayor of Prizren; Mr. Süleyman Zogyani, President of the Kosovo Beekeepers’ Association; as well as trainers and beekeepers.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to approximately 120 participants from Prizren and Ferizay.
