Civil Defense Unit

The Civil Defense Expert is responsible for carrying out and monitoring all processes related to civil defense and security of the Institute and informing the administration to take the necessary measures in a timely manner.

​Human Resources Units

Human Resources Unit is responsible for all the personnel (technical personnel, officers, employees, temporary workers etc.) procedures.  Institution personnel, institutions doctor, the purchase commission, consolidated officer, movable property officer and assistant warehouse manager belong to Human Resources Unit.

Occupational Health and Safety Unit

The Institute Director who is primarily responsible and authorized regarding Occupational Health and Safety. The unit is responsible for informing the management of the necessary recommendations regarding the relevant training of the Institute personnel within the framework of law number 5018, their health checks, and taking the necessary security measures within the framework of the legislation for the main building of the Institute and other units affiliated with the Institute.​​

Revolving Fund Unit

Responsible for the coordinated work, management and management of the personnel working in the Revolving Fund Unit, arranging all accounts of the enterprise, making payment documents, preparing the annual budget of the enterprise, following up the budget-related transactions during the year, collecting the income from the service items produced and necessary for the operation of the system. Responsible for ensuring that expenditures are made in accordance with the procedure.

Sample Admission and Reporting Unit

Soil, Fertilizer and Water Resources Central Research Institute, in the creation of communication, information and guidance to be developed between the customer and the Institute in line with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard; It was established to ensure independence as a guiding unit in accepting requests, recording them and performing independent reporting operations. The sample acceptance and report preparation unit ensures that the samples are directed to the laboratories with the principle of confidentiality in order to protect customer rights in the accepted samples, all preparations at the intermediate stages until the reporting process are kept under control, and the process is completed with the reporting and delivery of the result to the customer.

Social Affairs Unit

Following and announcing the special days (wedding, birth, etc.) of all personnel working at the institute, organizing the necessary work to ensure solidarity in cases of illness and death of the institute employees and their first-degree relatives, organizing picnics, meals and invitations in order to increase the motivation of the institute employees and strengthen their sense of belonging. etc. responsible for organizing social activities.

Support Services Unit

Provision of coordinate personnel work in this unit and support units, provision of management and administration, Institute budget, financial (salary and other payments), administrative (system support, documentation, archives, counseling, transportation, public services, etc.), maintenance and organization of all processes related to the technical services such as repair are the responsibilities of the Support Services Unit.​
