On 2 March 2022, TAGEM General Manager, Dr. Nevzat BİRİSİK and his accompanying delegation, TAGEM Deputy General Managers İhsan ASLAN and Dr. Yilmaz BOZ, Head of TAGEM Soil and Water Resources Department, Dr. Bulent SONMEZ, Head of Field Crops Department Suat YİLMAZ, TKDK President Dr. Muhammed ADAK visited our institute. In the meeting with the delegation, our Institute Director Dr. Mehmet KECECİ and Deputy Director Aynur DİLSİZ expressed their satisfaction with the delegation's visit. Our General Manager, Mr. BİRİSİK, evaluated about the policies and R&D Programs of the General Directorate. He expressed his expectations from the institute management and researchers. In this context, the director of the institute, Mr. KECECİ, gave information about the studies carried out in our institution, the developments and targets. He also emphasized that, within the framework of the policies of our General Directorate, he attaches importance to the protection of soil and water resources, research on climate change and its effects, as well as the production and dissemination of microbial fertilizers and the development of a web-based geographic information system.
