The document review process for reserve candidates who were entitled to be appointed to our Ministry's provincial organizations as workers under Labor Law No. 4857 has been completed. The list of those who "do not meet the required criteria" is provided in the attached document.
Those who were determined not to meet the required criteria during the document review process may submit a written objection regarding potential material or evaluation errors, taking into account the general and special conditions of the announcement. Objections must be made in writing through the unit where the appointment was planned to be made, and the petitions will be forwarded to the Ministry's General Directorate of Personnel by these units no later than November 4, 2024.
Objections will be reviewed in the order of the reserve candidates on the list; if the vacant positions are filled, the objection documents of the remaining reserve candidates will not be examined.
Considering that the result of the objection petition must be related to the subject, written objections submitted in person or via official power of attorney will be accepted. A copy of the identity card and any additional documents to be presented must be attached to the objection petition.
Those submitting an objection petition must clearly state the subject of the objection and their contact address in their petition. Objections made after the deadline, as well as petitions missing a Turkish ID number, signature, or contact information, will not be taken into consideration.
Announced to the public.
