​There are total of 83.4 hectares irrigated land is in usage of our Station. 45.4 hectares of it is placed in the center of Manisa where almost 38 hectares are in the town of Alasehir. 18.4 ha of the total land is devoted for experiment and plant production, 15.8 ha is for  American rootstocks production and 12 ha is for residential area, green fields, canals and roads; 0.4 ha of it is for orchard and 36.8 ha for nursery area.
