8th International Sustainable Agricultural Irrigation Management Training was held at our Center between 22 - 26 August 2022 with 11 participants from Iran, Jordan, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Somalia and Sudan. During the course, experts from the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policy, International Agricultural Research and Training Center, Ege University and Dicle University instructed comprehensive lectures on irrigation projects, the results of the projects, drainage, irrigation methods and management. Within the course program, the participants visited the Menemen Water Users Association and had the opportunity to meet with the farmers who apply modern irrigation techniques in the field.
