Stated in the Agricultural Research Master Plan (2016-2020); within the framework of Agricultural Production Management, Rural Development, Agricultural Markets and Consumption Research programs:

• To conduct research projects in the fields of rural development, agricultural organization, marketing, consumption  and socio-economic aspects of the enterprises in the agricultural sector,

• Conducting field surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural policy instruments,
• Participating in projects as economics discipline in multidisciplinary or integrated agricultural research projects,
• To conduct guided and / or territorial research projects in the subject and areas that our Ministry and the Institute require.  ​
